CES 15th Anniversary Cookbook

Now available!

In celebration of CES’ 15th anniversary, a re-issue of the Taste of Europe cookbook was launched in Spring 2018. The cookbook includes European family recipes & stories from CES faculty, staff, students, alumni, and friends. The cookbook is the second edition in our Taste of Europe series. The first edition was published in 2008 to mark the Center’s 5th anniversary.
