CES houses and supports 5 less commonly taught European languages including, Czech, Hungarian, Modern Greek, Polish, and Turkish.
Online Languages
As one of only a small number of universities that offer less commonly taught languages, such as Hungarian or Polish, the Center for European Studies developed online language courses for residential, distance education students, and non-degree seeking students. CES currently offers online beginning Hungarian, Polish, and Turkish.

Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellowship
CES is a Department of Education Title VI Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) provider. The FLAS Fellowship offers students the opportunity to study least and lesser commonly taught European languages and receive tuition and stipends for the academic year and/or summer.
