David received a BA in Chinese Language and Literature from the University of Florida, where he partook in the UF in Beijing study abroad program. He has also traveled abroad in Thailand, Czechia, Germany, and Hungary, the last of which was to teach at English camps over the course of a couple of summers. In his spare time, David enjoys being outdoors, reading, and playing music.
In his responsibilities as a program assistant, he helps fellow staff and faculty in a financial and administrative capacity. He is taking over as the point of contact for the Center for European Studies Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) program. He is also responsible for coordination with College of Liberal Arts and Sciences IT to maintain and manage the CES website.
