“10 to 11” is the story of a passionate collector Mithat and the building concierge, Ali. For Mithat, Istanbul is as vast as his collections and for Ali it is nothing more than the few blocks around the building. When the neighbors decide to have the building rebuilt, Mithat must struggle to preserve his collections. Two unlikely strangers band together in this film for a clever display on the links between public and private memory.
