While representation is on the rise for women in business, women are still underrepresented in the field globally. It has been proven that women make significant positive changes to organizational culture and processes, as well as to the bottom line. Women around the world are excelling as entrepreneurs, running mature businesses, and bringing more diversity to the workforce. In this engaging set of lightning talks held in honor of Women’s History Month, our expert speakers will share global perspectives of businesswomen, address the unique challenges women face in the field, and encourage future globally-competent women business leaders.

Presented by: Duke University Middle East Studies Center, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Middle East & Islamic Studies, University of Florida Center for European Studies, University of Minnesota Institute for Global Studies, University of Washington Center for Global Studies
