Public Enrichment Course Focused on European Culinary Culture. Beginning January 2024

Join CES for a series of classes about distinct flavors of European cuisine. Each class includes a presentation of a specific ingredient with information about its origins and history, uses, nutritional values, and culinary presentation of a recipe with that particular ingredient. Ingredients include: chocolate, dill & parsley, honey, nutmeg, paprika, and poppy seed.

The program includes six independent interactive culinary experiences presented by Dr. Beth Gankofskie, RDN from the UF Food Sciences and Human Nutrition Department and Dr. Agata Kowalewska, RDN from the UF Center for European Studies

When: January 23, February 6 & 20, March 5 & 19, and April 2, 2024

Where: UF Dietetics Lab, IFAS IT Building, 1740 McCarty Dr
