About
Chrysostomos Kostopoulos studied Classics at the University of Ioannina and earned an MA and a Ph.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His interests vary from Roman and Ancient Greek Science (astrology in particular) to Modern Greek linguistics, history and politics. He has published reviews and articles on journals such as Mouseion, Ombrela, OLME, etc. At UF, he teaches courses on Modern Greek language and literature as well as Modern Greek history, Greek identity, and the continuity of the Greek civilization from ancient to modern times.
