The Center for European Studies (CES) at the University of Florida announces a competition for Study Abroad Travel Grants.

The CES will award grants up to $750 to assist undergraduates participating in the eligible study abroad programs. The award is intended to assist with travel expenses to the student’s study program.
Scholarship recipients are expected to provide a contribution to the CES “Euro-Gator” newsletter following their return. Contributions include a short description of your experience, benefits you gained from the program, and photos.
Eligibility Requirements:
- UF student in any college or major
- Participating in a UF-sponsored study abroad program
- Minimum of 1-week for spring break programs and 2 weeks for summer programs.
Interested students should submit the following:
- Grant Application Form
- Brief Essay: (1-2 pages) describing the value of the program for the student’s course of study.
- (1) Letter of Recommendation: must be from a faculty member or Graduate Teaching Assistant. Recommendations should be emailed directly from the recommender to Corinne Tomasi (corie@ufl.edu).
- Proposed Budget: showing cost of airfare and/or other travel costs to and from program site.
- Unofficial UF Transcript
Completed applications, including all of the above, must be emailed to Corinne Tomasi, corie@ufl.edu.
