CES Cookbook

A Taste of Europe Cookbook

In celebration of CES’ milestones, the Taste of Europe cookbook was launched to commemorate both the 5th and 15th anniversaries. The cookbook features European family recipes and personal stories from CES faculty, staff, students, alumni, and friends. The first edition, released in 2008, marked our 5th anniversary, while the second edition, re-issued in 2018, celebrated our 15th. Both editions are available for purchase, offering a delicious glimpse into the diverse culinary traditions of Europe.
