CES Cookbook
The Taste of Europe cookbook was launched to commemorate CES’ the 5th and 15th anniversaries. The cookbook features European family recipes and personal stories from CES faculty, staff, students, alumni, and friends. The first edition was released in 2008 and the second edition in 2018.
Podcasts
Starting in Fall 2018, CES records all public talks and shares the video and audio. In addition, CES interviews speakers on their research and their talks.
