About Erasmus+ Jean Monnet
Jean Monnet Activities are designed to promote excellence in teaching and research in the field of European Union studies worldwide. The activities also foster the dialogue between the academic world and policy-makers, in particular with the aim of enhancing governance of EU policies.
The Center for European Studies received the 2018 Jean Monnet Chair and Jean Monnet Center of Excellence for 2018-2021.
Jean Monnet Chair
A Jean Monnet Chair is a teaching post with a specialization in European Union studies for university professors.
EU Guest Lecturers Series
2-4 speakers per year on EU related topics from diverse fields, such as the Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) and Design, Construction and Planning (DCP) among others.

JM Student Travel
The award provides funding for students pursuing EU-related research (undergraduate & graduate) to participate in academic workshops and conferences.
EU Studies Club
The objective of the EU Club is to provide students with information and resources regarding the European Union and its Member States. The EU Club acts as a networking base to keep students informed about internships, graduate schools, studying abroad and other opportunities available to them in Europe.
